About Your Hosts
Scott and Ruth Adams visited Seward in 1991 on a train ride from Anchorage to Seward and back. We found Seward to be one of the most beautiful places we had ever experienced. When we had an opportunity to live here after 3 years in Kodiak and 5 in Ketchikan, we jumped at the chance.
Scott enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, and sightseeing. In addition to most of those things, Ruth enjoys gardening and singing. Scott is a law enforcement officer for National Marine Fisheries, and Ruth is the administrative secretary at the middle school in Seward during the school year.
